Trust is one thing. This is outright paranoia and lack of faith in the very person you apparently just worked with.

Anyone who claims 'Amanda sent them' and is lying is likely to get themselves killed one way or another, frankly. Besides that, I'm her employer. Do you honestly feel that if I were among those to 'disagree' with your practices to that extreme, that I'd be anywhere near her?
