I don't know a lot about her gifts... I know Reira can use the network from inside her head and she can stop time because of Elias, but I don't think I've heard about Fog magic.

On the contrary, Rachel. It's invigorating. In the mindspace, there's no such thing as volume; there's nothing loud enough to irritate the small organs with your ears.
