Before I awoke in the sewers, my survival had already depended on murder - both of the inner self and of outside influences. If my nature is to change according to the rules of the land, then I will do what I must to survive.

My world was no better than this. One that facilitates the incarceration of children in madhouses and strips them of their childhood, then spits them out into a cruel scenario years after the fact is not a good one.
